I came across this Birthday Cake scrapbook layout on the Never Full Price blog.

This talented scrapbooker is a happily married SAHM. She is a self- proclaimed bargain shopper who never pays full price for her scrapbooking supplies. Instead she gathers coupons and browses the clearance aisle for all the best scrapbooking deals to add to her stash of supplies. Ah, a women after my own heart!

Scrapbook Cupcake Topper

I just finished up a page on How To Make Cupcake Toppers and thought it would be perfect to share on my Birthday Scrapbook blog!

These fun cupcake toppers are simple to make using very basic scrapbooking supplies including cardstock, scissors and punches. Yet, the finished cupcake topper is anything but simple.

To create these cupcake toppers, first you need to find an image to coordinate with your party theme. Then, matte the image onto cardstock or print it out onto photo paper. Place the finished image onto another piece of cardstock paper. You can even use a scalloped punch to add a more festive look to your cupcake topper. These cupcake toppers can even be personalized with the name of the birthday child.
